HBAR have a lot of amazing development. Smart cities for example, transactions between devices, cars, traffic lights, sensors led by Seal. Thing is, a lot of this stuff is still early stages. But, there be a point where things start to run off very quickly. Fixed fee is a plus too, eventually other chains will have to compete with fees. It only get cheaper.

Thank you. Saving the web 2 data on chain might work. But it would pose some challenges. The first that comes to mind: The user's email and other sensitive information would be accessible to anyone on a public ledger. At first glance it seems better to store an irreversible hash on chain, and the sensitive stuff locked behind a traditional db.

how does this compare to XRP??
Implementing the use case in this video on the XRPL can be done. But the XRPL wasn't made for this type of scenario. There would be more developer friction.
@@DeFiDivvy what type of scenario are you referring to?? in financial institutions and in terms of banking XRP would dominate over HBAR
although don't get me wrong i carry both because both have potential, but XRP has immense potential compared to HBAR

Great question. Certain start ups might choose another network because it already a lot of crypto-savvy, daily active users (DAUs) on the network that they can market to. Especially for apps like DeFi, Dexes, etc..Hedera's stats are low here at this time. In this video the venture would not need to market to many crypto-savvy DAUs. In my example the venture would be doing basic b2b marketing, to customers that don't need to be crypto-savvy.
SGB does everything better than anyone because it can CONNECT EVERYTHING.

Lies hedera do scale better and proven, aptos tried to scale went offline! So did solana… solana and others CLAIM to scale, hedera actually does it, not fake transactions like solana apt sui…
NEAR's never gone down. Sui seems fine. Aleph Zero TBD. Kaspa seems fast and solid. Agreed that Solana has crashed. But with Solana's firedancer and zkcompression launching it should be fine. This video is about something Hedera does that no one else comes close to, which is a good thing.
