Hbar seems like an obvious winner in the DLT space. It seems like people actively want it and Xrp to fail, which makes no sense to me. Why would you want an investment opportunity to fail?

Same here, My portfolio has been going down the drain while I try trading,l just don't know what I do wrong. .
Investing with an expert is the best strategy for beginners and busy investors, as most failures and losses in investment usually happen when you invest without proper guidance. I'm speaking from experience.

I have managed, in the last couple of weeks, to lower my average cost for HBAR from about $0.11 to just above $0.09. I plan to keep adding - I see it going to at least $1.50 this cycle, and to as much as $8 - $10 by 2030. It would be VERY nice to make 100x. Thanks much to THIS CHANNEL!

Hbar is my long term plan, but I'll still be trading my bag on the larger time frame cycles. Dont be caught holding a bag through the big dip. Staking is only ~2% not worth it to hold forever.

transaction fees are so low that the coin is inflationary for the next 3-4 years. They need to increase the usage in a HUGE way or owners will start dumping.

The problem with Hedera is the marketing. The management is responsible for this low price performance. The corporate atmosphere and lack of transparency are not going to change.
Their marketing is fairly average, it's actually crypto columnists fudding hbar whenever there is good news. Coindesk called the Blackrock abrdn tokenized fund a lie. Bc of that we went up to .17 on the initial news and straight back down to .10 bc of the article.
I’m a hbar holder and thought the same. From a legal perspective Coindesk was right, there was no Blackrock involvement. It was Archax that tokenized a fund on their behalf, it was a Blackrock fund but not initiated by Blackrock.
Why would it change? The corporates OWN the network..
You have to look at the price performance as a whole. If the crypto market is down like for example if bitcoin is down then rest falls down with it. It doesn't mean management isn't doing it's job....lol

I can understand that you are critical. I follow the releases of Hedera in GitHub, in release 0.49 they build a simulation to test the reconnect of half a million nodes. Decentralization will come but has not the highest priority for now.
It's irrelevant for Hedera. In time, if they last or another 10 years the network will be plenty decentralized
