I thought I was the only one who caught that...but I also try to give grace and understand that this moment (esp if its your first time winning) is probably a super rush of overwhelming emotion & you also know everything is timed so you're just kind of in the fuzz of the moment. So I can definitely see it being an "in the moment thing" but also am cognizant to know actors can be both steller people behind closed doors or assholes and I don't put it past anyone regardless of talent or if I'm a fan or not. It looks way bad with Ke coz he did see the other two Kristoff and mahershala for a second and lift his hands like wow guys, he took the Oscar and he didn't even make eye contact with Ke lol, of course he shook hands with the oldest actor Tim and the one he worked with Sam, guess he's like I know these guys well. His Tony stark way of acting in real life made this look bad with Ke. If he really noticed he fucked up there he could talk to Ke afterwards since Ke seemed he did want RDJ to notice him, and tried a couple of times even when they walked back stage, RDJ was too busy with his pals 🤷‍♂️ . I loved RDJ and Ke, this made me a bit uncomfortable to watch 😂

An incredible man, and a true survivor who has earned his accolades through powerful life lessons, great friends, and most of all the incredible love and patience of Family standing behind him reminding him how talented he is and why his contributions to humanity and his craft have been so meaningful...Cheers also to the Producers for the idea to bring past winners out to the stage to so meaningfully honor each nominee instead of letting them be just a quickly referenced name on a teleprompter or note card. A Brilliant production idea and it should become a permanent addition to the introductions because its heartwarming, educational for the audience about the individuals honored, and very meaningful to the Artist to be recognized and saluted by their peers. Congrats RDJ on a well deserved win!!!

I can’t think of anyone more deserving. This man has persevered and fought his way to where he is now, just as Johnny depp and countless others have. Just look back the last several decades and you’ll bear witness to the proof that RDJ has a heart.

I’ve been a fan of RDJ since my teens. I remember reading a Vanity Fair interview with him as he described one of his periods in jail. A very dark time in his life. I’m so happy he made it and came out the other side. He’s a fabulous actor. So deserving. 🥰
