Sadly it's only possible if you use a steering wheel. The game gives advantage to steering wheel players cause they can change how much they can turn, then drag cars turn like normal cars.
@@Akor i've done pretty well on keyboard and mouse, with about 7500m before i saw this reply, it's still possible to turn like that, you just have to use the handbrake in a really precise way

With gamepad need +2 Aero form default in pro-settings and minimum Steering linearity in gamepad settings (full left)
