Minor Correction, Colosal Swords do not have flaming strike. Does not meaningfuly Change its position.

Really enlightening list. As someone who dors my best to get better but doesn't really know the meta, I had a quick little laugh because of Greataxe placement:
I faced a guy a while back who sent hatemail. I told him that I beat him with a weak setup without getting hit by him so I have nothing to prove. He proceeded to complain that he was using a dagger and daggers are bad, while the 2H Greataxe I used was OP (and thus justification for why he and his buddy tried to gank me next time I invaded)
I knew he had to be way off, but this list was validating haha.
Hyperarmour is very annoying in its current iteration but annoying doesn't mean its good. People sometimes conflate the two
@@enda1the1lion Decent players using Hyper Armor terrify me. I irrationally get worse because it's a big weakness of mine.
That said, this guy didn't even hit me once, so my Hyper Armor was practically pointless. He just spent the whole fight rolling away and then complained at how OP Greataxes are x.x

Guessing its out of Heavy or Fire?

No poise or hp damage to justify taking it anymore unfortunatly. If the arenas were the size of MAG or the vanila arena then it might make it worth taking but smaller arenas makes kite builds a lot harder

Quite low Has no damage. Still better than most things.in the game on account of having the cr1

Tbh i would say colossal swords could go a tier higher, but otherwise i'd say it's a good list
the reason its that low is that fundamentaly it cant hit somone who doesnt want to be hit. there are better offhand options so like offdag offberd ect. Futzilla has been doing good work with it along with some of the Spinners on PSN but i feel they would win with other setups just as well if not easier.
@@enda1the1lion I mean yeah ofcourse there are better setups, but i would say also that you'd have an a lot easier time on colossals compared to for example greataxes
Katanas in A tier and glazed more than any other setup, I'll take it. Us pskats players are 2000 IQ
Has good use of the recovery cancels. Pretty much every move is Usable, has great Ash's. Its a cool setup

I do understand, trying to keep the format as more a Conversational piece rather than being a presentation especialy given i hope to have some setup mains involved in these moving forward. I do apriciate the feedback though

@@enda1the1lion even though i posted this 2 minutes after the vid released i predicted that you wouldnt put whip in S tier, therefore bad list.
Funny how B tier and below is considered to be trash, but everything above it are very specific weapons that must be used in very specific ways with particular ashes to be in that tier.
The weapons just suck in this game, imo. Even in single player. You only ever just use one attack, two at the most, or crutch on an ash.
I hope the all weapon classes get a total rework. Not a single weapon class has good design, imo.
i would kinda say the oposite in certain respects regarding movesets, S and A tier kinda have a lot more options than the other setups. The lower tiers might have like one option thats worth doing in their entire moveset or be so niche in their uses that they are not considered very good. You are kinda spot on about movesets in general being underwhelming though
@@enda1the1lion Not so much the movesets in the higher tiers, even though I don’t like any of them tbh. What I mean is how the weapons are used and what weapons are used.
For example: are curved swords good? No, Shamshir is good. Are katanas good? No, the Nagakiba is good. Are halberds good? Only if you have an off weapon, so two handing them or using a shield is out of the question. Are Twinblades good? Somewhat, but only really good if you use spinning slash on them.
This is my issue with most of the top setups. Most of them crutch on a single weapon, style, and weapon art. There’s little variety even at the top.
