I just turned 30. 30 year old male. I drank for 10 years straight. I puked up blood for the first time. Was terrifying. I drank a 6 pack of an IPA. Just that. Sipped it to enjoy it and puked up blood. My farts smell like cancer. I eat clean. I gag when I brush my teeth. My farts smell really bad and sour. And I have fatigue. Doing my best to stopping Alcohol. But feeling better today from fasting! Maybe my diet? I'm scared I have Colon Cancer from drinking. So time to stop....forever.
This hits different. I’m 33 years old and I’m a recovering alcoholic. Everything you said in this video from drinking as a kid and finding confidence, as you get older you’re just drinking just to not feel like shit. You’re channel helps me with my sobriety. Thank you for everything you do

I watched your video about your addiction from porn, it’s very powerful in a way that I am slowly killing myself. Thank you for this new light I promise myself to be a better me. ❤ Also this video is extremely emotional to me just recently a TH-camr that passed recently that I loved dearly Mitten Squad aka Paul. Paul would update us the viewers about his battle with Alcohol I was witnessing a person who was drinking themselves to death I cried.😢 Addiction of any kind is evil and my heart aches to those who are in a crisis. aye if you ever in a rut of depression Jesus can always pull you out he loves you so much he died for you this more than a religion i cane to Jesus without religion or a church but had a supernatural encounter he is real i got off drugs and am no longer depressed because of the lord currently seeking the lord and growing stronger if he wills

I'm on a supplement stack and protocol that I think will help. Follow up to come. I have fallen back into some junk food as I have felt better. Working to find balance.
I'm starting my sobriety (again) tomorrow....did you ever experience serious physical withdrawals? I've drank around 6-15, 7% IPA beers, every day for the last 3 years and am worried about the W/Ds
Today is a special day for me because today I celebrate 6 months sober from alcohol and it’s the longest I have been sober since 2007! 😂
