    How to make no knead banana bread?
    Simply mix all the ingredients, let the yeast feed on the sugars in flour and does its magic to make the bread dough rise. Since you don't need to knead the dough, it will take more time for the dough to rise - around 1.5 hour for the first proof and another 1 hour for the second proof.

    2 ripe bananas
    1 egg
    1 tsp instant dry yeast
    1/2 tsp salt
    28g unsalted butter, melted
    350g bread flour
