as solo the launch puzzle was my favorite way of getting t3 loot. now it doesn't even make sense anymore. worse than the need for a gun or more meds to get to the top is the noise fighting the bots causes. with the groups that usuallyroam and live around launch that's 1 red card, hazzy and a weapon given in return for... the respawn screen
Thank you for this. I've go hours on this game but as a base bitch and farmer. I want to venture out and start doing the monuments. This video was amazing in explaining things. My suggestion would be to show the map longer so people can get a better look at it, and possibly show the path you move with a colored line.
im never trusting that jump from the top lmao especially with the loot i might have. what if i mess it up? you'd have to go all the way back up to get ur stuff.
Isn't there a more effective way to avoid scientists, like going through stairs or smth? then just killing the ones on top? The amount of healing required now is just insane... better off doing rig or mil tuns at this point (imo)
honestly. loved running launch red keycard before they added scientists bc you didn't have to deal the hassle of scientists while doing the puzzle. running red keycard at launch sucks now
be me: absolutely trash with ak47 but good with an lr300 and any smg. *goes into launch site with 5 anti rad pills 2 hazmat's 1 full blue water canisters, have only 4 med sticks, and a Thompson with a weapon flashlight and an extended mag and a holo sight. goes into launch site and does the keycard thing, swipes red keycard and goes for the stairs. gets shot at by mp5 so I'm assuming its a player so i shoot back at him and i hear a scientist death sound, a little bit more killing i assume that rust just added scientist into launch site, gets to the top and gets swarmed with scientists with lr300s, dies, rage quit,
@@Darknesslayer Honestly i never tested if with higher hydratation the rads goes down faster , but I'm sure when you are getting rads (like in your case) it doesn't matter if you eat , what make them lower are rad-pills,water and med syringe
Launch has 60 ish crates. You showed us where 12 of the crate are an call it a launch guide. Go for a full run an redo this for a third time lol. Soz bud what was there was good

This really felt like my usual rust experience, tons of damage from scientists, they not dying, all to a broken db and a broken spas, lovely!

According to rustlabs, the elite tier crates are supposed to have a 50% chance to give mlrs rockets, but I didn't see any in this video
Not 100% sure but I don't think the mlrs was out yet at the time the video was made

Update it works beautifully. The low quality video doesn’t really show that the wall has some ridges going down it, so you slowly float to the bottom.
I've found that if the crates respawn the fuse jumps out also

Next time bag outside of rad zone with some clothes or hazy in a stash so you can get back in for your stuff..
What about using the elevator? haven’t run launch since the update. Is that still a way up?
Yea, this is just my preferred path due to the additional loot you pick up along the way.
They ruined this monument for me. The loot is not worth dealing with that many NPC's

Lighting is fucked off too. No way it should be that dark inside in the middle of the day with that lights "on"
Do not do this without a sar/tommy + flashlight. Doable with a rev but genuinely painful because of the lighting making it incredibly hard.

i just did the puzzle and tried to go in. but i got 300 radiation while i was wearing a hazmat suit what did i do wrong?
Was it instant radiation? You’ll still get radiation even with a hazmat suit, but it shouldn’t be that much unless you go ago there for awhile.

arctic suit doesnt give as much rad protection as hazmat, you need normal hazmat or a variant of it that still has +50% rad prot at least
brought 12 meds still died. fml xD kinda quite here. only found 2 scientists i try to climb ladder get shot by 3 others jesus xD
