@@tayibtayib6021 also check your fuel line it’s made of plastic you might need to replace it . They go bad .also check water separator make sure the water drain is tight and not leaking to that can cause diesel, smell in cab to

Just do the def delete and you won’t have any issues. Did it to my trucks and it was best decision ever. No more def. no more problems

It’s not that easy, yes you will get rid of DEF problems, but yes but there’s some parts that only freightliner install ( not DEF) like Sam cab and if you take de def off then you can’t take your truck to them and it doesn’t matter what everyone else tells you no one can program the new Sam cab only freighliner yes you can put a used one but it will not work properly

Hey you dont have to replace the hole part..just clean the docer valve nd clean with a screwdriver the where the docer valve go..you gota go all the hole till it goes to the mufler pipe
My truck is a 2015 and didn't have all this room to work. I had to take off heat shield to get at the doser

usdpaulp yeah you can do that blow air with a air nozzle make sure the injector open and close and clean it I replace it because Detroit recomend to replace it thanks for your question my friend

Could this cause the truck not to reach high temps to finish a regen I have code SPN 3719 FMI 31 and I start a regen and it last for ever and don’t finish could you please give me some advice I change this when I bough the truck and the filters were clean that was about 40k miles ago please give me some advice thank you.
YEHA CAN BE YOUR PROBLEM IF DOSER IS PLUGGED AND IS NOT INJECTING FUEL O YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH THE DOSER BLOCK OR MAYBE YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH HIGH SOOT CAN BE MANY FACTORS MAY BE PROBLEMS ON YOUR FUEL SISTEM I RECOMMEND START DOING A GOOD TUNE UP TO YOUR ENGINE VERY IMPORTAN VALVE ADJUSTMENT AND JAKE BRAKES TOO AND MAKE SURE YOUR JAKE BRAKE WORKING PERFECTLY TEMPERATURE SENSORS WORKING GOOD TOO CAN BE MANY PROBLEMS THANKS CRISTOPE GOOD LUCK BROTHER 👍

Yes, you can do it with metal brush. Just dont clean it with Starter fluid or Carb cleaner - everybody is saying that it will damage the sensor.

So I’m trying to get the fuel line to break from the injector but it is not breaking loose. Any recommendations so I can’t get the injector out.
