    I am here in Missouri. Former Combat Medic.
    ETA: Have been downrange numerous times. Never relished taking a life. But, I did what I had to do.

      it did for me also I shot my first animals in the last year so really did make me think a lot about it, and it was to defend the lives of my chickens but the feelings are something people should experience @@missourisurvivalandoutdoor9547

    Hunting deer and hunting man that hunts you back are 2 completely different relms of reality....especially if the man you hunt has ruthlessly killed other humans who were innocent.....and wants to kill you.

    • @missourisurvivalandoutdoor9547
      @missourisurvivalandoutdoor9547  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Absolutely,there’s no way to completely prepare yourself for violence against a man that can hunt you back without actually doing the real thing which in almost every case going to be illegal
      This is really more about going from having little to no mindset at all about it to getting past the emotional hang up of taking life at all. We have people this day and age that Will buy meat at a supermarket their whole life that don’t possess even the emotional resolve to kill something to feed themselves those people generally have no desire to defend their own life either. I’m really talking baby steps here,ones that happen to be legal to practice

      No one said it's the same thing. The point I was making is that there is an emotional toll just from the act of killing. The more you acclimate yourself to it, the less hesitation there will be in the moment of truth.
      It's not much different than driving a motorcycle at 150mph. The more you do it, the less completely freaked out and terrified you will be at those speeds.

      @Valorius and likewise...I didnt claim anyone said anything....I merely voiced my opinion based on my experiences here and overseas
