Hey just reaching out to apologize about how long it's taking me to test it. Been spending more time with my GF and was on vacation to Utah all of last week. Also trying to get this damn OG Xbox to work.
Thankyou for all the work you have done and your continuing endeavours in 360 modding. I've yet to mod my 360's but your solutions have given me the confidence to attempt a mod. I just need to have enough confidence to solder etc but I'm going to go for it.
I'm impressed in the simplicity and versatility of the piko flasher software. It would be nice to start having RGH 3 systems with these perminantly installed to the nand headers in case the end users brick the system, they could then fix it. Since a glitch chip is no longer needed it would still be a low cost operation.
I should have got this instead of the SD tool I like the plug and play after so I can keep the band wires on it forever just buy more wire and another end and make another one. Thanks for the tutorials I love learning more.

If i'm not using the 4gb QSB board (which i don't really wish to purchase to be honest) can the green wire that goes from the Pico's "GP21" pinheader go straight to the Corona boards "Crystal Osculator" solder point please ? The reason i don't want to buy/purchase the 4gb QSB board is because i get a few customers Corona boards to RGH and don't want to pay out on the QSB addon.
I feel like I'm going crazy, is the diagram backwards or did I just read it backwards? Your pins are on the opposite side of the diagram/they are mirred no?

Hey bro, I noticed you connected your wiring on your Pico reverse of how it shows in the diagram. I'm having trouble reading the NAND with my Pico. Wiring is perfect and I double checked my wiring and solder work. Perhaps I wired everything backwards? Because mine are opposite of how you did it. I wired it the same as the diagram.
@@prolypro If you want, I can post a video this week and show how I did it. To be honest, it's a thousand times simpler than the Pico. However, the Pico is great for flashing the Gamecube to play games off sd without having to use the bootloader disk.
Hi does the Raspberry pi pico need a driver for windows, only when in jrunner if I press the console? I get 0xFFFFFFFF console not found. Alot of people are reporting the same issue when using the Raspberry pi pico, and to be honest not many answers to this problem. I am a qualified electronics engineer, and have checked soldered connections, I have tried windows 10 and windows 7, and different versions of j-runner, but same message. I've checked continuity from the Corona 16mb motherboard to the pico, and all connections are fine, which says to me that the only thing between the computer and the console, is the Pico itself. When I press the console? The green light comes on, but same result 0xFFFFFFFF console not found. I did find someone else who had the same problem, but he also had a jr programmer, and after being told numerous times by the modding community, it was his soldering, he exchanged the Pico for the JR programmer and it read the nand without any issues. Alot of the modding community say the picoflasher is very hit and miss, and dont recommend. I've actually purchased 2 Raspberry pi pico boards, with exactly the same outcome, making it not a cheap solution at all. I have now removed all wiring and reassembled my xbox until I can get the xflasher.
I have 1 stubborn corona 4gb that my Pico refuses to read. I did a handful of 4gb Coronas this week with no issues. But this one console I see no reason as to why it refused to dump
Hello Weekend modder, hope you had a wonderful public holiday. Could you throw some light on how to mode with X360run glitch chips, the videos on youtube about them are not in English. I have so far swapped two x360runs which had stopped working with matrix chips and used your muffin formula, i kinda feel like x360run chips die alot.

You can buy a raspberry pi pico right now, download the firmware, and bam: PicoFlasher. I am not sure if I will resell Pico's... no real reason at this point. You can get them all over.
There are no 250gb nands... There are Xbox 360 consoles that came with 250gb HDD's, however that has little bearing on what nand type they have. But the picoflasher can read both types now: It can read SPI nands from 16mb,256mb, or 512mb nand consoles and it can read EMMC 4gb nand consoles.

u dont need to ground the crystal when using picoflasher...

After successfull reading nand on 4gb corona and after disconnecting pico from console, it turns on but it's not giving picture, just black

Did you ever find a fix for this? I have also tried with 3 picos and still get the same error. I also tried with two different coronas. Both are 4gb

I think I have precisely 1 run chip still in the package. Maybe once I'm done with Rgh3 videos I can revisit them.

Still cannot get it to work, all I get is "console not found". I have tried different PC, cables, and PICOs any idea how to get it working?
Shorten your wires, double check your soldering. It does seem to be sensitive to wire length like other 4gb tools.

While 4gb support on PicoFlasher is great, QSBs are a waste of money IMO. You can just use plain old wires
