We always seem to be behind folks who stand the whole time, or folks behind us talking over the band! Why go if your not listening? Alabama redneck idiots everywhere.
The dude clapping tried to start multiple fights throughout the day and security kept coming over and telling him to calm down, but they never removed him. He saw I was filming and got right in front of me and started clapping to provoke me, but I wasn’t trying to waste my time indulging him
OMG I LOVE MY FOO FIGHTERS and Chris is a fucking great Guitar player But the band is fucking awesome RAMI is king of the keyboard and Josh thank you sweetheart for saving the the band you are just as awesome a drummer 😊
Josh Freese has been DEVO'S #1 drummer for many years. Their original drummer (sadly deceased) was the crazy phenomenal, inventive and supertight [tm] drum master Alan Myers Jr. Devo's music (especially first 3 albums) are completely anchored and conducted from the drums outward. Josh says it was the hardest drumming challenge of his extremely productive and wildly diverse CV Pay close attention to Alan's drumming here...try jumping onto the Alan Myers drumming mothership at around 3:39 his timing and groove and originality is incredible 1978 France Bob 1's guitarwork is quite mind-melting too! @@averagegatsby OK, I’m not mad at that. Totally different bands I love in different ways. I do think NUFAN deserved a shout out over the cheesy cover band Grohl assigned to Shiflett.
Pat is as integral to the Foos as Dave, he brings the cool. He's Dave's barometer to keep things from getting too dorky. Free ride, sure I guess, but Foos can't fully Foo unless Pat lays down the rhythm.
Look, I like the band and all. But I’m getting a little tired of all the virtue signalling tributes to other bands. Can you not just play your own material?
@@seangargan Look, I get it. I don’t mind them- or anyone else- doing it once in a while. But it’s just getting out of hand is all. It’s starting to be expected- and is kinda overshadowing their own material. Just my opinion.
There not playing for you buddy, their playing for them selfs, they only have a few more tour's left, and there not doing it for the money, there just having fun,
props to the lighting director for programming the NIN part! spot on!!
There's a good chance he worked with NIN, There's only a few major lighting companies for big tours and one is based out of Seattle... coincidence???
Whip it Good! We're ALL DEVO ‼️
See Dave get a beer/drink out of a fridge that looks like amp stack? That is cool.
I've never hated someone so much for clapping 😂

@michaellorenzen8200 Alan Myers Jr was, indeed, in a class of his own. Master drummer and, master electrician. I totally agree with you.
Cheers
Are we not men? Still got me DEVO tat of a bomb riding a torpedo from the albums literature message from GeneralBoy.

Wish Pat would throw Richie Dagger or Manimal in somewhere..
Need the Ramones back!
PS. Anyone still got the 7in floppy disc ep.
while this was awesome...if pat played lexicon devil...oh man that wouldve been most amazing thing ever
Chris should’ve played NUFAN. Second best band to Nirvana from this crew.
SDRE > NUFAN

Great quality footage. What phone did you film this with?
iPhone 13 Pro
hm maybe they could pull off a decent version of March of the Pigs after all
Dave might have to learn the lyrics.
Pat Smear is the luckiest guy in the world next to the bass player for Judas Priest.. free ride...

is it just me, or is Nate playing sabotage wrong?
Not sure if it’s you clapping but here’s an idea if it is. STOP.
Are you directing this at me? Do you think I was filming and clapping at the same time? How many hands do you think I have?
Rock is dead because Dave Grohl is it's self-anointed Savior.
Dave Gruel doesn't deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as the legendary Beastie Boys 🙄
With takes like that, I’d stay incognito, too
