Juji I just want to say I absolutely love every bit of content you do with Bugez. I've been back and watched them so many times. There's easy fun chemistry between you/him/Sam that just can't be forced or faked.
I personally liked the videos with the different intensity techniques too. And I have to say the different creative killer workouts (y'know, the ones with Stratz) must be one of if not my favorites lol.

Previously I made a game for myself based on deadlift variation, plate height, or deficit height, bands or chains, grip width, etc etc and the possible number of deadlift variations is somewhere around 999,999,999,999,999.
Seated deadlifts are used by adaptive athletes with lower limb disabilities etc. But we don't use any leg drive to lift the weight, so just worth bearing that in mind if anyone wants to try it 😊👍

This looks verrrry similar to the disabled powerlifting style of deadlift. Would love to see you collab with a paralympic athlete, since Powerlifting is actually in the Paralympics (even though it isn't in the Olympics) ...although a bencher, Ali Jawad would be a great shout.

If you lower the seat a bit it takes it out of the lower back and puts it in the mid/upper. Also doing power shrugs from there can feel pretty awesome.
6:29 If you can do leg extensions quietly, you are doing it wrong. Its the one leg movement where you can truly go all out, there is no way to hurt yourself. You should be having serious thoughts about quitting the gym forever on the last 3rd of every set on that diabolical fucking machine. God i fucking love/hate it so much.
At Static Monsters in London UK I watched adaptive wheelchair athlete Matthew Chandler do this seated deadlift with 560kg easily. He wanted 600 bit they couldn't get it on the bar!!
I feel like Eric could be top tier in any avenue of strength sports. Like if he wanted to bodybuild, strongman or powerlifting and really devoted himself to it, he could be great in all of them.
