People get so jaded about all of the pallettes that colourpop keeps coming out with but for me I love it. It gives me the choices of which color scheme pallette that I know I will actually use. I am super loving the uhhoney pallette and the new orange you glad pallette. I am also a peach sucker but have not purchased any of these pallettes yet. I went on Ccolor Cosmetics and bought their 5$ HUDA obsession dupes and have to admit that I reach for them almost every single day lol. The corral one is my FAVORITE right now. After using the glitters for a while I have a technique. I put a LITTLE on my finger tip, press it to the lid very softly, and repeat until you have as much glitter as you like. If you dig in your finger and get a load on a time it gets really messy and everywhere and in your eyes.
I love the peach eye look on you! A hack I use to get mascara off my eyelid....I wait for it to dry and then scrape it off gently with a spoolie, works great!

Yes, all of my elf highlighters are very hard pan at first.. But if you take your brush or finger and disturb that top layer they will work well after that.. If you get a chance try the mermaid tail highlighter.. It's beautiful and it's on sale right now for $3.20!!
Those peachy shades are absolutely gorgeous on you!!! The one thing I haven’t been a fan of with the monochromatic CP palette are those glitters. They are a different formula than the sweet talk glitters which are more like super shock shadows. They even say that the glitter in the monochromatic palettes aren’t supposed to be used on the eye at all, but I wish they hadn’t put them in there at all then. I actually had to have a patch on my eye for a week once and had drops and other medications because I got a chunky glitter piece in my eye and it cut my eye up pretty badly, so I was actually pretty annoyed that those were In there. That was a pain I would never wish on anyone. I just don’t use them, but I can’t not buy the palettes because they are so beautiful and every other way. Love your videos, I love when I can tell that you are getting pissed or annoyed about something but still trying to stay positive. 😂 I can just relate.
My life Over makeuo since they are magnetic palettes you can pop the glitters out and replace them with another color (from another colourpop palette), that way you have a palette with all colors you would use.

I had a similar reaction to the Colourpop peach palette. The colors are too similar and become muddy. I love a few of the shades; however, I have to use a second palette to get a darker shade. I also had a glitter explosion the first time I opened it. It is literally some loose glitter in a pan. I put tape over it!
Hey there, Miss Allie- I have the Baby Got Peach Palette and I like it well enough, all the the pan size seems really small to me. If you look on the back of the palette, they say that "Hungry Ghost," and one other shade are not meant to be used in the immediate eye area. I wish they had put in a regular glitter shade or maybe a super shock shadow instead of "Hungry Ghost." That being said, I have made some pretty eye looks with it!
I love that primer and lip oil. They are both in daily use! Everything sits so nicely on top of that. I tried the Milani glowy one, and I prefer this one. I also like this lip oil over the other Nyx one.

I feel those coatings that have to be scratched had of it to help keep the product from breaking so easy before they are pur based. I just love the peachy shades so much.
I bought the NYX foundation on a whim last time I was at Ulta and was super impressed with it! I wore it for a week straight with different primers and setting sprays and consistently liked it! I also have the lingerie push up lip product and agreed that it can get crusty (this happens to me often though for some reason with matte products no matter how much I feel like my lips are moisturized!).

Allie you can use a spoolie on the end of a eyebrow pencil to gently scrape the little mascara specks off without disturbing your make-up at all. Just wait until it completely dries then gently flick it away with the spoolie tip. 😁

Love you Allie! You're affordable make-up videos are the best! There are some luxury items I can't live without but I really love learning about awesome drugstore products that are inexpensive too. That way I can buy more and have a variety. I recently tried SO many primers both luxury and drugstore. I was having so much trouble finding one that met my needs. I finally tried the NYX Bare With Me Radiant Perfecting Primer and it is the best!!! It's their newest one that is made with CBD. It smells good, goes on smoothly (a little goes a long way!), makes my skin look so hydrated and bright without feeling oily. I only need to use a little....it took some practice because if you use too much you can look metallic lol. But that's just an example of why I like videos like this! I had tried primers with: PUR, Tarte, Lancome, Too Faced, and a few more I can't remember...but my favorite holy grail happens to be drugstore! And I wanted to say congrats! You're so close to 500k!!!! You will get there and beyond!!!!

Peach looks soo beautiful on you 💖 I feel it looks much better than pink which is overrated. Be it Tan skin or fair, peach complements and adds a glow whereas pink doesn’t suit all skin tones.

the colourpop pressed glitters do work best with a glitter primer since they are crumbly.. when you go to wash your face you will have glitter all over your face.. try using tape to get it off after you cleanse.. i love their glitters and have several but just be wary of the cons of using it :o)

Hi. Loved the look. Rawbeauty Kristi also struggled with those large glitter pieces. It seems in all of the monochromatic cp palettes there is one pan with those huge glitter pieces in.
Once you get through the top layer of the elf highlighter it is gorgeous. Kinda have to be careful if you don't want a blinding highlight. Also I use the real techniques setting brush to apply it. I think it works best with a little bit denser and still fluffy brush. I use the side of the brush to get it on my face and then the tip of the brush to work it into my skin. I'm 48 so I have texture for sure and worked in it doesn't emphasize it too bad. I mean it's a highlighter so it will make it show up. But I've seen worse for sure.

I watched this (although I always watch all of videos now!) to see what you thought of the NYX Born to Glow foundation...just started using it & I love it! I like your eye look but TBH, felt like it was a little much for a daytime look even though it was fun. I am over highlighter, I rarely use it as it is superfluous with so many glowy blushes, just my humble opinion. Really enjoy your channel & loved seeing Utah in the background in your car, stunning scenery!
Last week I got the sweet talk palette in the mail. The week before I heard that ulta had an exclusive release of the exes and oh's collection. When I was on their site looking to see if they had it yet I saw that one sweet talk and California love. So I now have all 3 of them on my vanity.
You should try the glitter shade again with glitter glue and see maybe if that works better! I was so excited for that shade in the palette as well! Also, you are stunning! Love the makeup look ❤️😊

I have the Maybelline Setting Spray but I changed the bottle to an old Skindinavia one I kept, because I didn't like the mister on the Maybelline bottle. I do like the spray it helped keep my makeup last a little longer on hotter days. The NYX Lingerie Push Up Long Lasting Lipsticks seem interesting, not sure about the plumping part though.
I have recently fallen in love with Colourpop eyeshadows, but the glitters are discouraging me from getting the newest palettes. I’m not a glitter gal. Are the premade palettes able to have individual shades removed and replaced? Because if I got this peach one I could just take out hungry ghost and put in another one, maybe a more defining shade.
I loved this ! I have to have that sweet talk palette now... but I will say I have that elf hilighter and it is def one of those that I feel like I have to use specific brushes to dig into it a little more but I also find when I scratch off top layer with any elf hilighter it solves it ! Lol I have been budgeting hard for the Kathryn lights so jaded palette and these few things from colourpop too. Love your videos and just had to add that in the car in the natural light ... you looked absolutely breathtaking & flawless 🖤♥️🖤♥️🖤

Have you tried the foundation again without that primer? If so, how did it do? It looked so nice after 10 hours I might have to pick it up, however I can't afford both and I have plenty of dewey primers in my collection. Please hook a girl up, is it worth the purchase or should I pass? My favorites rn are PF Healthy, Flower Light Illusion, and Covergirl Healthy Elixer. I do the same, I also use a hairdryer to hep it dry faster, and curl the lashes using a hairdryer, works every time!

My life Over makeuo the single shadow pans are a little bit bigger, so I don’t think they fit the same... but other palettes fit perfectly.
There is a super shock in the sweet talk but the other 2 pressed glitters feel the same as any of the 9 pan glitters. Theyre hard and chunky.

the colourpop pressed glitters do work best with a glitter primer since they are crumbly.. when you go to wash your face you will have glitter all over your face.. try using tape to get it off after you cleanse.. i love their glitters and have several but just be wary of the cons of using it :o)

Hi. Loved the look. Rawbeauty Kristi also struggled with those large glitter pieces. It seems in all of the monochromatic cp palettes there is one pan with those huge glitter pieces in.

You definitely have to get past the first layer of the elf highlight and then it is soooo pretty
Once you get through the top layer of the elf highlighter it is gorgeous. Kinda have to be careful if you don't want a blinding highlight. Also I use the real techniques setting brush to apply it. I think it works best with a little bit denser and still fluffy brush. I use the side of the brush to get it on my face and then the tip of the brush to work it into my skin. I'm 48 so I have texture for sure and worked in it doesn't emphasize it too bad. I mean it's a highlighter so it will make it show up. But I've seen worse for sure.
Congrats on 500K!! I love the look of these palettes from Colourpop but the glitters in them put me off.
Born to glow has been my favorite foundation for the last couple of months. It wears really well.

I watched this (although I always watch all of videos now!) to see what you thought of the NYX Born to Glow foundation...just started using it & I love it! I like your eye look but TBH, felt like it was a little much for a daytime look even though it was fun. I am over highlighter, I rarely use it as it is superfluous with so many glowy blushes, just my humble opinion. Really enjoy your channel & loved seeing Utah in the background in your car, stunning scenery!
Last week I got the sweet talk palette in the mail. The week before I heard that ulta had an exclusive release of the exes and oh's collection. When I was on their site looking to see if they had it yet I saw that one sweet talk and California love. So I now have all 3 of them on my vanity.

You should try the glitter shade again with glitter glue and see maybe if that works better! I was so excited for that shade in the palette as well! Also, you are stunning! Love the makeup look ❤️😊
I've been wanting to try that foundation and it worked out really good for u it's looks so good and matches your skin tone really good! Your eye look looks so pretty too I love those colors! ❤️I got that highlighter the other day but I haven't tried it yet but it looks really pretty!

Hi. Try using the NYX glitter primer the next time you use any of the Colourpop pressed glitters. It makes a world of difference.

I have the Maybelline Setting Spray but I changed the bottle to an old Skindinavia one I kept, because I didn't like the mister on the Maybelline bottle. I do like the spray it helped keep my makeup last a little longer on hotter days. The NYX Lingerie Push Up Long Lasting Lipsticks seem interesting, not sure about the plumping part though.
I love the NYX primer and the Sweet Talk pallet. I really want the peach one too. I love peach and coral looks!

I have recently fallen in love with Colourpop eyeshadows, but the glitters are discouraging me from getting the newest palettes. I’m not a glitter gal. Are the premade palettes able to have individual shades removed and replaced? Because if I got this peach one I could just take out hungry ghost and put in another one, maybe a more defining shade.
I loved this ! I have to have that sweet talk palette now... but I will say I have that elf hilighter and it is def one of those that I feel like I have to use specific brushes to dig into it a little more but I also find when I scratch off top layer with any elf hilighter it solves it ! Lol I have been budgeting hard for the Kathryn lights so jaded palette and these few things from colourpop too. Love your videos and just had to add that in the car in the natural light ... you looked absolutely breathtaking & flawless 🖤♥️🖤♥️🖤

As always, such a great vid Allie! I've been waiting patiently for you to try the Born to Glow foundation. I've been wanting to purchase it but I'm on a low buy and REALLY don't NEED it. Have you tried the foundation again without that primer? If so, how did it do? It looked so nice after 10 hours I might have to pick it up, however I can't afford both and I have plenty of dewey primers in my collection. Please hook a girl up, is it worth the purchase or should I pass? My favorites rn are PF Healthy, Flower Light Illusion, and Covergirl Healthy Elixer. I know you love all these foundations, We must have the same type of skin bc I've tried the PF & Covergirl on your recommendation and LOVED them both!
