hi pals im literally exhausted but im trying to prep for my week away where i plan to do NOTHING which i hope will save me. please support recent videos and watch time atm is really important. lmk if there is anything in particular you'd like me to cover or talk about or anything you'd like me to make an update video on :)
It sounds awful I'm sorry. I know I don't know you, I think you are handling it well even though it may not feel like it. I think you look nice today, I like your hair. I'm struggling with social anxiety and feeling out of place. I'm getting lots of spam calls that go straight to voicemail and ones that mimic services.
thank you i appreciate the nice words the spam calls are so frustrating and anxiety inducing arent they? you never know REALLY who is calling... i almost didnt pick up an NHS call from London this morning because ive had so many spam calls from london in the past month...
Kudos to you for learning a new skill while in burnout!! I'll put your videos on to play all in the background today - I've watched them all already. 💚
thank you laura i appreciate you supporting my videos so much :) i cant even remember what i said in the video already, what skill did i learn ahahaha i think the memory loss shows the burn out coz i cant seem to keep anything in my head
@@ArtieCarden Using your drill!! I've been burntout for such a long time now - I think I'm just starting to come out of it now, but it's been years, literally that I've been unable to do much of anything. It sucks. I hope yours is much shorter than mine!!
@@laura.bseyoga omg yeah ahaha literally my memory is so bad rn 🫠🫠 yeah i feel you i think ive bad longer bouts of burn out but regularly get some kind of one because of medical admin mainly 😭 we need rest!!! But there is not time or space for it most of the time
Hey I am still on it yep, atm i cant really comment as im in pretty intense burn out but when im feeling better I will make an update video. but i think my last video on adhd meds, i'd been on it for a while for titration. are there any specific questions you have?
@@ArtieCarden Thanks for the reply. I was just wondering, in general whether the medication helped you with your executive function, i.e., starting and finishing tasks, keeping on top of your habbits?
@@lukas6538 i think stimulants over all have helped me develop more of a routine/habits and helps make remembering/prompting myself easier. I still struggle with completing certain tasks but i think that will be a more permanent thing lol like its much easier for me to complete creative project tasks than day to day things. But they have helped me be able to start tasks and do most of the task for home related duties but i just still struggle with the final step like putting the clean laundry away, putting clean dishes away… that sort of thing. This will be where my PA will help a lot. I find without meds thinking is like sludge and its so much hard putting the pieces together or breaking down a task. So whilst i still have some struggles, they do help enough that i dont see myself coming off them. The meds im on now also suit me better combined with propranolol coz my heart rate was crazy but i have a type of dysautonomia which is likely the why of the high heart rate
I am so mad bout sh🎉tty medical systems we have. so annoyyyyyyyiiiiiiiiiinggg. i really wish we have more disabled inclusive communities and not this whatever mess we have now😢
