I took this bag over the Wicklow Way. A bit of a gamble since it was so new to me. It worked like a champ, I love it. I found the port for the water bladder tube on the second last day. But as for comfort and functionality it's amazing.
Cheers Wooly! Great looking pack. 45L is the perfect size in my opinion, holds everything you need and just enough more to have some fun, without being tempted to bring the kitchen sink with you to fill out any leftover space. Thanks for the video.
I've had this bag for 4 years now. It's a great bag. I've loaded it up to 25kg and took it out for long hikes. The side pouches are great for multi day hikes. It's all around outdoor bag.
Have this in a lovely Pencott Greenzone camo, never seen one anywhere else? Great bag but for me the straps cut a bit a while into a long hike my pal and I did.
@RedBranchBushcraft their so well built and you can just leave them fully packed sat in thunderstorm rain and won't leak at all , water just sits on top
Recently aquired one but i'm finding the back support to be too rigid so the bag doesn't fit well around my back. Noticed yours (Steves) stayed supported with no foam pad. Maybe cut up a softer 15mm roll mat
Got sabre 45 m8 use it with dpm rocket pouches holds a lot of gear and comfy with 45 lb, used to have the 75 and 130 but both too big and that much padding it swayed bout too much

Wooly, there is a hole for a bladder tube at the top of the side zips. Just had my Sabre45 on an over night at Lough Shannagh.
Brilliant, can't believe I missed it

Nice one, the seem to be a good bag
Love mine. Years of abuse.. it's tough. Very comfortable. Side pouches add 20L. They do a more "tactical" bag as well. Cheers. Phil.
Excellent stuff, glad it's lasted you well

Excellent stuff buddy, they seem a solid bag
Must sort out sending you my karrimor saber 80-130 for you to test out, can I send it to the red branch address?
Good man
@@RedBranchBushcraft I'll get about that in the next couple of days

Have you rucked with it on? I thought it moulded to your back over time, but I could be wrong
