Maybe not related to this video, but I wanted to share this with you. I’m on holidays for two weeks which started yesterday (Australia) and I had been looking forward to this time off for months so I could just have “freedom” to do whatever I want for two weeks. About a week ago I unsubscribed from many non duality channels that I follow except for yours and I think one other. I was just fed up of consuming content and thought I needed a break. This morning, the second day of my holidays, I was heading out to the shops and I felt such a dismal state, and I asked myself why are you feeling like this when you have two weeks off from work that you were so looking forward to and in a split second I realised it is because I am carrying around the beliefs about “me” which is the memories and conditioning. Ahhhhh 🥰🥰🥰 sweet relief. As much as I had heard this message from others and thought I understood it there was an apparent click today where it became obvious and I knew it. Being so heavily identified with the person and the story of the person, I used to think it was irresponsible to let go of my beliefs and conditioning. Even though I’m not those things that is the only way I knew me. If that makes sense. It feels like a clear(er) seeing of what is and what a complete sham the belief in the story is. If “humans” did not have this apparent self-awareness then we wouldn’t be any different from fish in the sea or ant colonies or birds, just bodies that appear to be human doing things without the self-awareness that we seem to have which causes the mind induced suffering. The TH-cam channel NonDuality Fun had a recent post about the end of non duality and someone in the comments referenced Odeh Turjman and he has a great video about how you are never in the present moment. I think that pushed me over the edge.😁 I can also see how the me character wants validation by having an experience and then having to relate the experience to others that will more than likely agree with my perspective of the experience when it’s just what was happening that I projected my beliefs onto in the moment. This happens frequently at work when I have an experience that I judge as wrong and then seek out validation from others that it was wrong. 😘😘
There is only God which includes ‘us’, ‘we’ are God, ‘we’ are doing this. There has never been anything but your doing, you are not only the existence of the entirety of your experience but everything that has ever happened or anything that will ever happen, there is no other or external everything is internal, it is all you. There is no need for anything to be identified as being in particular and therefore no individuality, and so there is everything as a whole or wholeness which is already free from the need for anything to happen and so just absolute freedom (non-duality)
You don't need validation because your beautiful ❤️. I've been having problems lately with my sexual chakra and heart chakra. Perhaps you can help me to release these blockages 🎉🎉
