Great video, I bought my savage 64 years ago at my local Big 5 store. Not the takedown model just basic 64 model in black stock. Yea, I switched out the scope on mine to a Bushel sportsman scope for occasionally shooting long range target shooting, but I don't mind the iron sights either. I've noticed the price on my model is increasing yearly. I purchased mine for $179. In 2017 and now it's selling new for $240. Wow.
