Incredible list Gregor, I just don't know if we could ever cheat on our favorite spot for daily aperitivo when we go back in July, Corona Cafe. It is the Cheers of Florence, the staff gets to know you and your order. But may have to make an excuse to have a random afternoon drink at that last spot! Happy travels!

@@GregorBrown visited Bar Galli in July, wasn't impressed even though a lot of people says that should be the best Negroni in Firenze. MAD Spirits and Souls however, really nice bar!
@@GregorBrown of course, it's a good tale about count Negroni wanting a bit of a "sting" in his Americano. :) I think that story is a bit more true than the one about Negroni Sbagliato from Bar Basso in Milano. I mean, who wouldnt feel the difference between a gin bottle and a bottle of prosecco. :)

September October are very nice. Avoid July August - it's too hot. Also the spring from March to June.
Where do I find the best Negroni in Firenze?
Most places make a good one but there are a few speakeasy bars that make really high end versions
