I read a study that showed that bald men are seen as more dominant by women which makes them more attractive, but I remember reading that the catch was they had to be completely bald, they could have facial hair but no hair on their heads, like no receding or thinning hair, no “costanza” side hair, that made them look weaker.
I think as long as it's shaved completely, with a razor. Depends on the person as well. Some guys don't look bad at all letting it grow a few days all receding and such. But for most, completely shaved with a razor looks better and more dominant.

I use Rogaine. Someone(with more hair than anyone I know) pointed out to be that I had a "bald spot at work quite a few years ago. I hadn't noticed before, but when I used a rear view mirror while in the bathroom I noticed I WAS getting a little thin in and around the vortex(look it up). I immediately went out and bought some Rogaine(minoxidil). It's supposed to not only stop the thinning, but also GROW new hair((it's the fine "secondary" hair, erradicating the baldness), but only on the vortex for some reason. Within a few weeks by golly it started going away! I'm lucky b/c I have a full head of hair(no "bald spot" thanks to Rogaine) and that's been a good 15 years ago. I'm 68 now, a retired R.N., and couldn't be happier about my hair. I'm not gray either! I get that quality from my maternal grandmother who at 89, STILL was(she passed a few years ago) not substantially gray! Guess I lucked out in the hair department.
