    Really felt the burn. Did have to stretch out the floor leg between hovers, especially on my weaker side.

    Hiii omg i have a question about hips !! why do I feel like a little burn inside my hips when I want to stretch my leg ? do I need to see someone for that ? it’s always on the same side
