Eid Special Quick Rich Degi Style Mutton Korma in Pressure Cooker | Degi Mutton Korma Recipe
Ingredients
Mutton - 1 kg
Cooking Oil - 1 cup
Black Pepper - ½ tsp
Cloves - 3 to 4
Green Cardamom - 8 to 10
Bay leaves - 2 to 3
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
Coriander Seeds Powder - 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder - 1tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Salt - As per Taste
Yogurt - 1 cup
Fried Onion - 2 medium sized
Water as required
Kewra water
Korma Masala
Black Pepper - ½ tsp
Cloves - 3 to 4
Cinnamon Stick - 2 inches
Nutmeg - ¼ piece
Mace - 1 piece
