1½ cup oil ( 300 g )
600 g onion 🧅 ( deep fry them and coarsely crush them )
4 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 kg buffalo meat ( or meat of your choice )
5 tbsp coriander powder
1½ tbsp chili powder
1½ tbsp kashmiri mirch
3 tsp salt or as require
2 cup curd ( 500 g zyada khatta nahi )
4 bay leaves
4 black cardamom
2-2 inch cinnamon stick
8 cloves
1 tsp black pepper
14 cashews or almond
1 tbsp poppy seeds
12 green cardamom
¼ nutmeg
2 inch cinnamon stick
1 mace
2 tsp siyah zeera ( caraway seeds or normal cumin seeds )
1 tbsp kewra water
