I know exactly why you can't Edileide: you BELIEVE that you can't. Don't ever let yourself think that! If you get through 1 minute today, great! Get through 2 tomorrow, and go up and up and up until in 1-2 weeks you WILL be capable. The opposite of success? NOT failure! The opposite is GIVING UP! You got this! 😃💪

Cardio burns more calories when you're doing it, and strength training keeps burning calories at a steady pace even when the exercises have finished (due to the muscle repair process) - so how much/often you do of these workouts depends on what kind of goals you're looking to get!

Hmmmm, I'm afraid this kind of feature isn't brought on by exercise really - it's more to do with bone structure, BUT I would advise to really up your weights and work on your arm and chest muscles ❤️ Try out all my chest videos and I encourage you to up your weights! 💪 How heavy are you lifting right now?

I had an accident a couple years ago and I broke both my arms so they are still quite weak and unfortunately I find it difficult to do weights so lifting weights is not included in my exercise just yet. However I’m going to start including them in now but starting from a very low weight and slowly building my way up. Thanks for ur help 💙

Hi Nancy - great question. So the answer is that it is up to YOU and your body (always listen to your body) and it can differ daily. If you are feeling high energy and it's maybe first thing in the morning - go straight into hit and then when your muscles are warm, do some abs. OR, if you feel strong and not up for something like jumping and running - put that strength into weight training and THEN finish with cardio to blast fat once you're blood is already pumping. Try both and decide what works for YOU xx

you can’t spot reduce but what u can do is lose fat all over ur body by doing hiit 2-3 times a week along with a rest day and doing strength training (body weight exercises, you don’t have to have weights) and stretch before and after working out to stop them from bulking up and instead you’ll have long lean muscles !

My god, those last scuttle squat things killed! The first set I was like, "Oh boy, this is great! I feel like a crab, how fun!" The second set by around the fifteen second mark I was like "Hoh-kay, this is tough" and by the third set I had to fight to get through it!

Hey becca... i have been doing weight training and cardio at the gym for over 8 months now.. but since its finals week in going to miss gym for like 2 months.. i scared if ill lose all my gains...what should i do.. I dont have any gym equipments at home either 😣 will doing just cardio and body weight training at home help

My god, those last scuttle squat things killed! The first set I was like, "Oh boy, this is great! I feel like a crab, how fun!" The second set by around the fifteen second mark I was like "Hoh-kay, this is tough" and by the third set I had to fight to get through it!

This is exactly what my team of health coaches and I educate our clients on (you can get started today: rebecca-louise.com/pages/nutrition-plans) and I say you MUST have protein in your system which you simply won't have first thing when you wake up! So yes have protein and in 5 years I have had the same protein shake for breakfast (also comes with the plan) so it is the healthiest post-morning-workout solution or can be a pre-workout intake of protein! I LOVE that you want to push yourself!! Awesome - I recommend adding a weight where possible. Even in cardio you can push to jump higher, squat lower or run faster as well as add weight, sound good? What are your goals? I would love to be more specific and hear if you are taking the right pre and post workout products to enhance your routines 💪❤️
