If you love the Pegasus you could just update to the Pegasus Plus. The New Balance Rebel v4 has a similar stack but weighs less. Adidas has the Evo SL which has a little more foam in the forefoot than the Pegs, or the Adios which has less (new version drops Feb 1st).
Mica, at the 20:03 mark it shows a bit of your reality. Even your bf said the same things I’ve been saying this whole episode. YOU NEED TO EAT. Your eating habits and nutrition for this type of sport is insufficient. Get your vitamins, Whole Foods etc. Snaking isn’t eating. Over training will lead you to premature injuries, you also need rest between exercises. Do these, you’ll perform WAY better.
I have loved the Merrell Nova 2. I don’t know how the updated/newer Nova versions are though. It is an incredibly supportive shoe that isn’t too cushy and it’s got an incredible grippy Vibram sole that wears very well too. Grip is as imperative to me as support on a shoe due to winter running here in Montana. Former sub 3 hour marathoner, 44 y.o.

I saw a sports doc I work with, who is also a runner, and he recommended Hema-Plex tablets by Nature's Plus. I used to have to take so many iron pills now I just do 2 of those daily and am crossing my fingers there will be progress for my next check up. Also hate that the treadmills at my gym only go for 60 min 😂 straight sabotage!!!

Come try Inferno hot Pilates classes at SLC Bikram yoga. It’s only 45 minutes and it’s the perfect core exercises for running and is fun with black lights and music plus the heat makes it feel like the sauna!
Hi, I noticed that you were using the zoomfly 6 for the workout. I'm wondering what you think of them compared to the vaporfly and other shoes. Would you recommend them for workouts?
i used the alphafly for the tempo workout, and the zoomfly for warm up & cool down just to try it out for the first time! my thoughts are that they feel like an in between trainer and supershoe, perfect for long runs or easy threshold pace!

Try to eat mindfully and focus on eating whole, nutritious foods. Also think about wether or you’re hungry and time it base don when will be the next time you do an intense physical activity.
If you(your parents) can afford it, then work with a sports dietician. Have them find one that accepts HSA/FSA payments (assuming that they have either of those accounts).
yes it’s helped me stay injury free and i have more time to do the little things right. although i still enjoy a routine, and especially when im running 2x a day i like to get my days started early

Alpha Fly. Yes max cushion but carbon plate with Zoom X foam is so exciting to run on. You can hammer away with 100 miles per week and no dead legs.

FYI some treadmills have a marathon mode that you can enable in configuration settings. Probably worth looking up the manual.

Asics novablasts changed my life. The 5s are the best version yet. Have a lot of cushion but not max cushioned tho

I hate those treadmill with 1hour limit. So annoying. The other day I found out another treadmill with 20min limit. I lost it that day.

On Local races 5k/10k wear a gopro and do interactive race footage, i tend to notice alot of Male Running youtubers do it but rarely females.
