This RESONATES!!! I'm 2 years in and only had 2 sales that were given to me from my broker, my current listing is a timeshare. I'm working fulltime so I feel limited with my hours. I totally understand what she means by just posting social posts gets you nowhere. Leads do NOT come to you, you need to go find them.

He probably wont get to this comment. But lead generation is basically the work you do to find "leads" which are peoole youve identified as being legitimate potential customers. Lead generation can be call expired listings or homes that show for sale by owners or door knocking homes to see if someone is trying to sell.
Nicole, in light of your experience, please go to law school :). So sad your state made you learn sales instead of being a “junior barrister” of law :(
I take offense to what your speaker said about small brokerage! She is portraying that small brokerage don’t teach which is not true! Please stop attacking small businesses in favor of conglomerates!
