  • Day 7 - the final day of my Pilates Reformer Workout Challenge, brand new for 2024! Each of the 7 daily videos contains an express workout that covers the whole body - some workouts a little more spice in certain areas. You can do these workouts daily, or pace yourself and space them out. No props are required, and they are appropriate for all levels.

You should be proud of yourself. 💜👏👏 Thanks for mentioning that about the programs and wanting direction about which workouts to do and when - I’m planning to roll out weekly schedules or playlists as a suggested flow. Hope to have that going this week or next, just need to figure out the best way to deliver that. Thanks again for the suggestion!

      Thank you, you're so kind. I do feel proud and I'm for sure on a Pilates roll, first thing in the morning, its my meditation and the best way to start my day. I like that you're planning to roll out weekly schedules or playlists. I understand that it could be a bit tricky to figure out how to do that. I think that would be great for me, just like with this one week of programs. I want to try the reformer consistently for longer periods of time and I suspect a schedule and plan, or playlist for what to do in a week would be really helpful.       Aww, thank you so much, Lara. I'm sorry I missed your reply earlier -- I totally relate to Pilates being your meditation. I did roll out workout plans today, FYI -- I added them into a private playlist, which I'll be posting to members-only posts in the Community tab. Running this as a pilot, and hoping to gather feedback from the members to see how I can make it work optimally for everyone. Hope that your week is off to a good start! @laralyndy6106

    Did this one earlier today after day 6. The two together actually work really well. Really enjoyed the whole thing. Definitely was feeling the glutes on the second side. Can’t wait to see what you have planned for tomorrow.

    Love your videos. Would you be able to design a Jump Board reformer workout? I am 58yrs old and the jump board is kinder on my knees and adds cardio to my workouts.

    Hi! I love your workouts, thank you so much for what you do! I quick question about socks, I have my own reformer that only I use, are grip socks necessary? And if so do you have any you recommend? Thank you!!

      Hi! Thanks so much for your kind words. You absolutely don’t need to wear socks when using your reformer at home, but you can if you find it more comfortable/need the warmth. I always choose socks with grips when I use them - my brand of choice is Pointe Studio (not sponsored, I just love them), but any snug sock with grips on the bottom will do. Hope that this helps!
