    Uncle! 🤪 Who knew you could get a bit of a cardio workout from hands in straps. You must be reading my mind again…I commented to my husband yesterday that I need to do more abs before vacation. Another repeater.

    My favorite workout from yours so far, need more hands in straps because i’ve been using this video alone for almost a week and i’ve been seeing results already!! So thankful and totally excited to keep working out with this video to see even more progress.
