Artisan knocked it out of the PARKKKKKKKK with these knives - The second one is SIKKKKKK , 1 thing I think would have made it even sicker IMO is if they would have use Damascus Thumb Studs . I LOVE LOVE LOVE the deployments they went with (Studs & button lock is my FAVORITE & Yay for NO flipper tab 😜)
I wanted to see what you thought of the design and instead I see a tour of your room in its reflection 😂 In all seriousness I’m glad you at least like it at first glance.
Its been a long while since I backed anything on kickstarter but I backed this one fairly quickly and was really hoping that they would send you models to hear your thoughts. Definitely looking forward to getting this in hand
I bought the S90v mirror polished full dress timascus Boa a few months ago on offer from Artisan Cutlery. I really like the look of this one too, but I can't keep buying mirror polished full timascus lke this, or can I? It's like a disease, a disease I tell you. Must.....Have..... Timascus and mirror polish, arrrrhhhh :)
I would love it if we saw more of the orange timascus. If i understand the process right it would only take a setting adjustment, right? Or does it have to be a special formula of titanium?
Wow dude, the entry level one, just for quality of build +materials, eazy 300/375 dollars would be my hope, the first one, just labour,400/480, materials add two hundred and fifty+, the absolutely beautiful and bonkers shiny one, I would gladly pay 900/1000 dollars, just the material up grade slaps an easy 500labour,500 for the material, hopefully I'm pretty close, wow dude, shit hot video, my man, sooper cooool!!!
Yeah its beautiful, just like the Boa, and probably ALSO $800. I love these and would absolutely like to own one, but if I’m spending that kinda dough on a knife, probably not one from Artisan Cutlery, that’s just me. I wish they were $400 but i know they can’t be. Thanks MC
Good grief, Artisan! They're really showcasing their manufacturing abilities lately. This isn't a knife I will likely ever buy, but the fact that they've extended their capabilities to do a knife this well is incredible.
@@OldelCpt just the weakest lock available, and now there are other button-operated options (frame locks and liner locks) that are much safer. I have a Vosteed Thunderbird and a CJRB Ekko with plunge locks that won't engage anymore. Some of the issues are that the contact area between the plunger and tang is very small, the mechanism requires very small springs which tend to be quite weak, and because the plunger rides in a hole with tight tolerances they either get loose or tend to stick.
You definitely had me til you said plunge lock. Sad that such a well designed knife went with a button lock. Even still Artisan showing what there capable of. Wouldn't know what to do if I owned something like that 😂

People get all mad when others buy a "china" made knive over USA made. I get it somewhat. but would you just look at that . I mean look at it .look at that .
Yes there are people who will use the top of the line version then try to sell it at retail price while saying "Carried one, cut a package with it" even though it's absolutely scratched to shit 🤣
I don’t like moments like this where you show knives that will never be used as a knife! Where your just showing off the thousand plus dollar knives that you’ve purchased!
You all made videos about this knife within like a week of each other. Do y'all pay each other to shill stuff or is it just a patronage system or some quid pro quo for when you release your knife? Yep, that polished blade has confirmed my years of speculation, hes not wearing pants.
I really love moments like this. When MC gets all giddy and sees an over the top knife. It is contagious.
When MC gets giddy, I get broke.
This violin in between the video was also a nice touch! But i do agree, that knife is kinda fyah!

I wanted to do something with the studs but it just didn’t work out. Probably for the best too since the ano would wear there very quickly.
Thought a commercial was running half way thru. Nope, Its MC drooling all over this beauty.
I'm buying the 2nd one that is so beautiful and carry it every day

Artisan Cutlery has come a long way since 2016 when I was first checking out their stuff. Glad to see them blowing up recently.
Your making it really hard to enjoy my 50$ edc man...😢

Oh boy are you gonna be pleasantly surprised when you see what the prices really are!
Designer is Dusty Rhodes. 200 for the lowest model and 700 for the timascus and polished blade. On Kickstarter now. 😮
That info is in the video and linked in the description 👍
@metal_complex it I apologize if redundant. It doesn't appear when I hit description.
@@lewiscypher7665when you click the link for the knife, the Kickstarter is front and center
The full dressed boa is one of my safe queens. Love this combo from AC
I just clicked and made a pledge for the full timascus version! I hope they make this knife! 🔥

That mirror blade and timascus is $700 but the in between one is $300 and the timascus shows all of the detail I designed into it. It’s my favorite.
Both good looking knives! I loved the first, but I don't know if I could live with it knowing the second knife was out there somewhere.
Best i can do is hope to meet someone that owns one of these beauties. Absolutely beautiful knives in my opinion.
That second one is beautiful
Dang it, now I have to explain to my wife why I’m selling the car… 🤩🤩🤩

They really have
They are chasing that WE and Kunwu premium feel
And doing a pretty bang up job
Truly a masterpiece!❤
Me want shiny sharp thing!😅😅😅
How can I not watch this with a thumbnail like that haha
Glad this video didn't end in a Dusty finish.
Wow! Looks like a Scott knife!
The blade gave us a tour of your filming room😅
Did you see my kids drawings? Haha
Those look very good!
That is crazy pretty!
Let's enjoy this gorgeous a bit yes sir! Beauty at its finest
My enchanter is on the way!!!!
You of all people should have known the name of these. Bumping you down 5 wizard levels. 😅
You don't show backspacers enough, MC.
My gut told me I needed to open TH-cam, my gut did not lie 🥵🔥
That thing is freakin sweet looking and I’ve been looking forward to your review!
Eye candy 🤤
That music 😂
Cheers!
That second knife is the shit😮!!!!
Finally someone using the filler tab for a accent piece
Confused on how to actually buy this knife
Man they look great, too bad the spaghetti wizards are out in full for the Artisan Wizard.
This video satisfied the sophisticated gentleman in me. 🧐
I must wait for The Enchanter to get it in Oktomber! 😒
Its a kickstarter campaign. The designer is Dustin Rhodes.
Ya I put this in text in the middle of the video. You must have missed it

@@HelpImDusty best of luck w the campaign. I ordered one but it is not fulfilled yet.

I had to order the Mage

Damn and we thought the first one was a heavy hitter lol......sssshhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeessssssshhhhhhh
9.6 on the slap
I'll never buy another plunge lock.
Why? Can you elaborate a bit? Trying to learn.

I might be able to convince them to do another lock if this goes as well as it has been.
What would you want to see instead? What’s the drawback of a plunge lock? Too easy to hit by mistake and the knife closes on you?

There is just setbacks to me button stick, sloppy play but I agree it works. A top liner lock or a frame lock/liner lock or even an axis lock
Another thing is the detent is usually soft
I don’t see spaghetti and I am disappointed.
Dropped a knife on your table? 😂

It's pretty simple. Artisan and many other companies send us stuff around the same time. We (the content creators) don't coordinate at all.
