I have just discovered your company (I am in the US). I literally have been binge watching all your videos. You are an amazing teacher and OMG you are funny. Watching you wait for something to dry or looking for a lost item on your desk , hilarious. Also the Brit speak and the US speak...keeps my attention!! Love your stamps. Please keep posting, Maggie
Barbara! I've had my Clarity brushes for quite sometime but just found your videos and I love them! I'm so excited to get some of the other products you've shown in the last several videos and give them a whirl! Thank you so much for sharing!
Very nice. Love your videos. I was interested in your mask- you said you make lots of them. I’m interested in how you make them up and have them at the ready! Keep up the videos! Love them!
Lovely to have you back doing videos. Just a quick question does the Archival ink, ruin the brush? Would it be a good idea to keep one brush just for use with archival inks?
Love to see your video's Barbara, would Clarity card be good with alcohol inks, will they move like they do on glossy card? Will keep watching as I learn so much from you Thank you so much
You guys make the nicest stamps and stencils, imo. Thank You. I haven't placed an order yet, because I'm still deciding which ones to get. Problem is, I want them ALL! :-)
Why is it a problem to have a stained brayer? (If anyone has time to answer) I'm assuming that after the stain dries, it won't come off on anything else? So a dye based ink can't be "reconstituted" or in other words, you can't increase the amount of color once it's dried, but you can with a permanent ink? But the permanent ink will do something funky to the brayer so you can't use permanent ink on a brayer? So confusing. I haven't started playing with the brayer yet, finally decided to re-do my craft room in order to be REALLY sure my hardwood floor is protected.
Hi Jasper If a brayer is stained with a permanent ink, say it goes black with black archival ink, you can’t gauge how much of another colour you have on the brayer then. You can’t SEE the next colour. Hope this helps From Barb herself :)
Hi Madhvi, our blending mats are a great piece of crafting equipment for use when stamping, stage inking, edge deckling and even tearing hills. If you have a look at our video A lesson in Brayering you will see that Barbara uses hers to apply ink to her brayer.
