Years down the road, here in the USA, this is a wonderful find for me! I'm truly enjoying all the tips and tricks Barbara has been sharing all along. Many thanks!
I'm finding myself returning to your videos more and more. Barb, your techniques are so inspiring! I'm beginning to learn a few new artsy moves and find your style very pleasing. Here, I find Clarity! I only wished I lived a little closer. I'm in Oregon state on the West coast of the US. I love that you've spent some time here in this Pacific West coast as well! Someday, I dream to swing in for a class! Be well, and thank you always!
Hi Barbara, I'm a seasoned crafter, sewing, scrapbooking etc, and made cards for family etc... but now I'm getting interested in making some different styles, I'm loving all your demonstrations and tips, I've purchased some inks and a decent brayer from you and would dearly love some stamps, but I have to limit my spending, as I am now retired!!! (lucky bugger a?) so I will do it, bit by bit. but thank you for your funny and inspirational videos, you have my sense of humour, I love it. I am now subscribed, and am following your blog. (not stalking. hahahaha) thanks again !!
Hi Barb. I've been heat embossing for years and I never knew about the talc resist. Wow, if only I could go back and do it all again. Great tip. Thank you
Hey Barb , did you ever try laying down your colors, then clear heat embossing and follow that up with a darker color added sparingly on top and around stamped image... then your stamp is color and the background is solid if you so choose....works well with large solid leaf stamps for fall foliage... I saw this many moons ago maybe 5 or 6 years, sadly I couldn't say who's idea it was.... it is beautiful and would just add to your lovely repretoire of prints etc. I'm sure you could put your own "spin" on it!!! LOve your Work!!
Does the powder work as an antistatic on all paper types when you're going to use embossing powders?? All replies most gratefully appreciated, THANK YOU!!!!

CHARMING!
Glue a piece of velcro on the lid of your ink pad and you always have the right inkfoam on the right pad
love it, as usual...is it me or does the leaf look like hennep and the poppies could be opium poppies...hmmm...:-D
I laughed so hard when I realized what 'funky foliage' was all about 😁 I had my husband watch the video to confirm what I suspected! Just love it...
The leaves look like the smoking herb!! Lol
