This weekend I replaced my £200 squat rack with a £1,500 rack plus accessories. The rack purchased is a Rogue HR-2 Half Rack, I added safety bars, a matador tricep dip bar, plate storage and change plate storage. I also purchased a mini deadlift jack.
All in all the new rack is much more sturdy and well built and should last me a lifetime.

Is the rack stable? I can see it wobbling a bit when unracking/reracking heavy weights. Do you feel like it will flip anytime soon?
The new one in this vid would never flip. I've dropped weight on it many times now

I just ordered this because of all the stay at home orders. I see you have the band pegs. Have you used those at all? it doesn't look like they recommend them but I would love to do banded squats.
Yeah I use them all the time. I also put them in at the top of the rack when not in use and hang things from them

What do the safety arms of the rogue weigh per single safety arm?
Question..... Say you had to dump that PB at the end, would the spotter arms hold up to that weight crashing down?
I've dropped 232 on it now twice and it held up solid
Did the bottom of the rack come with any kind of footings or was it just a metal bar on carpet.
It has circular feet but I think they are still metal

If you do a "versus" video, you should not only show some succeeded reps but compare the racks IN the video. I have the cheaper rack, i trained in the expensive rack...No difference. A bit more sturdy but it is not worth the price.

We pay vat, it was shipped from the EU so since we are one trading block there was no customs duty
