Incredible soundtrack. The game was fascinating, 3d with filled flat polygons (not just wireframe), absolute breakthrough technology, but incredible slow on the c64. However, I often loaded the game just to listen to this music.
My father played this game like crazy, and I'd watch him as a kid. He never fully beat the game but I think he got close. I remember this sound track in detail. Thanks for the post!
Wally: "influenced greatly by two pieces of music that kept running thru my head at the time... the James Bond theme (!) and the entire B-side of 'Umma Gumma' by Pink Floyd - I think I managed to capture the suspense from both of these in the track (which, I think was around 10 minutes before wrapping). I did not receive the best of treatment from Edge software at the time (as many others also found out to their cost) but the music for the games were always fun to do :)"
The best ragegame. If you play it on the speed it was designed on, it is almost unplayably choppy and hard to handle. If you use a Dosbox and crank up cpu cycle speed, it will be fluid and well played, however time runs out in 2-3 minutes :)
Classic !

Incredible piece of music, Wally Beben was a friend of mine and lived not far from me, great bloke and a fantastic musician.
Great composition. Very unique and moving
Game was incredibly hard, but was awesome and fascinating. It's taken me forever to track down this sound track.

Genialne. Szkoda, że takie krótkie.
the slow motion music was a very smart choice for the extra slow 3d rendering engine... the music itself is great, still, after more than 20 years.
This game sountrack deserve more than theese few likes and view
It was aweeeesoomeeee! Thx man, it is my first fps game :)
Newer played this game but omg this is beautiful track. :) Thanks for the upload!
7:05 melody here sounds vaguely Pink Floyd-like.

this music is great.....but matt gray's driller is far far superior chip tune...is awesome epic.
Very good game, but the time, fuel and shield ended too fast!
