Update: Everything is PERFECT! No melting of cutting board, no signs of corrosion, 3M double sided tape is still holding...summer is coming...
I added my aux. fuse box directly to the fuse box lid, I like your approach w/ cutting board better! (will "borrow")...
I might use adhesive velcro strips to attach(?)
It has held up so far, we will see what the Georgia heat says about it this summer!

I know you said there were some things that had a relay on it you wan to add a relay ift does not room your car
Every accessory has a relay. I may switch to a different system like the Auxbeam 8 gang switch panel (internal relays) in the future to cut down on all the wires and external relays.
