Well rendered by the singer. I wonder why Khwaja was used, somehow it doesn't fit in this song. Otherwise, Khwaja is a great instrument.
Also, as someone mentioned here below, the music is more like rendering a ghazal. It should have our nadaswaram, mridangam, the entire vadhya goshti. Hence the energy is missing. It is more like a lullaby. This song should take us mentally to a wedding scenario, which it fails to do som

Vocals are very good! But the tabla! it spoiled the entire feel of the carnatic krithi. Could have used mridangam or ghatom!
