    BJJ is like an extremely complex, physical puzzle you can never completely solve. It can easily take over your head, thinking about how you can get better and beat your peers.

      I been in this bjj rabid hole since 2016 even when i was not training during pandemic i was just watching bjj vids non stop. It really becomes a port of your life and takes so much of your mind 😂😂😂😂

      sweet! I do miss olympic lifts from crossfit but right now im enjoying bjj more.
