La goma antideslizante se tendria que pegar a la alfombra por el revés. El siguiente paso sería coser el ribete alrededor del borde de la pieza de alfombra incluyendo el amterial antideslizante que se pegó prebviamente.

It is a non-slip plastic for car floor mats. I got it from a plastics' store or local supplier here in Mexico.
