Quick tip for the k18 : Apply it when your hair is 50-65% damp , take 1-2 pumps of k18 and rub it between your palms until it emulsifies into white colour , then pat and spread it over your hair

Tressemme is such a good brand. I am sad they don't have a bond repair treatment.. because bond repair shampoo doesn't do much even if it's olaplex or redken. Tressemme is again great. That serum is soo good❤🎉.

Hello Jovita, im a Professional athlete training about 9 hours a day. My skin is more oriented to dry side. I have regular break outs, both on face and body. My 1 session lasts minimum 2-3 hours. I have 3 such sessions in total in a day. Until 25 never faced any such problems however post 25 I am struggling. Details: my day starts at 4 AM and end by 8 PM, I have watched your videos and compiled a night routine for myself.. That's pretty much it. Could you kindly curate a video for athletes? There isn't a single sensible legit video for athletes skin care. Pls help us 🤌🏼

But I know you will benefit from the dot& key rice & ceramide moisturizer in the morning and a sunscreen. keep a sunscreen stick with you and keep reapplying the stick. if you have to wash your face inn between, just reapply the moisturizer and sunscreen. just 2 products. this will create a huge difference I your Skin!
Hey, you could use cleanse me facewash, PAD serum from deconstruct, aveeno face moisturizer at night. Wear sunscreen during the day. I hope this helps.
