This headset is awesome and is truly made for me. Great sound quality, very comfortable. The only other headset I want to try after owning so many different ones is the new Astro A50 X, which is about $250-$300, I think.
does it have anc and sidetone?
My volume wheels don’t work and I don’t know what to do and no video is talking about that
I can't get any sound when connected to bluetooth devices. Am I doing something wrong? There is no firmware update.
I have been struggling with that, but I can’t fully recall what it was. I believe you have to press down the button until it says bluetooth search or something similar, then connect, and then hold until you hear “bluetooth” but without the connection aspect. Then press play on your device
All the issues you describe are more user error than anything else.
tho over time the rubber at the top will start to wear underneath and its good that you can buy replacement ear cushions....but nothing lasts forever
I have to spam the on and off forever to have a connection via Bluetooth and hear anything. I’m stressed tf out throat it won’t connect first try
i love mine...especially if your gaming and your phone rings....if you pair your phone to them ....whilst your gaming you still hear sounds gand whoevers talking but your mic is transferred and girl on the headphones says....incoming call and you answer your mobile and here them in crystal sound tho your friends trying to talk to you ingame wont...so remember to let them know that you are in a call
I bought these yesterday and my master sound volume on the headset does not work. Taking back today to try new ones. Annoying
Oh it works, you just didn't know what u were doing lol, you have to lower the chat volume all the way down till you hear a beep, then turn the master volume all the way up, set the chat volume up to around the mid way point, then change the wheel to Bluetooth that way it doesn't reset the chat volume
It's a pain at 1st and then after you figure it out it's easy peezy
Great headset and sound but FFS don't let it go flat for any length of time or it bricks itself

I think I a similar same issue. Battery went flat. Then after I charged it the volume got progressively quite each day until couldn't hear anything
Im thinking of switching the arctis 7p+ for this
Not sure if that’s really an upgrade to be honest, arctis is more comfortable for sure, but this one is snug and has very good bass

@@sidreynders4263idk if you got these but I just got my self a pair today and won’t lie there comfy and good audio but they feel super cheap plasticy and the mouth piece to talk is super loose and feels like it would break really easily and this is brand new out of box

Pretty good, although if you play on PC there is probably better ones. Depending on your budget of course

These headphones are so bad ! I get such a nasty ass scratchy noise that doesn't go away!
you probably have a tear in the driver, either just a production problem or degradation from use
@adam4nt417 no alot of people have this issue all in all these are not good headsets especially since most of us can't even update the firmware through the app they have you use
Obviously you have to put it In pairing mode or anyone could just connect to your headset. 😂😂

Such a trash headset can't get it to update constantly losing connection or getting crackling noises wish i would have just saved my money

@grahmwheeler4102 I still have the headset can't afford another one just to have the same issues might invest in a different one down the road but when I'm not in a party I just use my surround sound
@@misfit4ever01 makes sense. I literally bought them yesterday and the master volume on the headset does nothing so I have to go into the settings and change it if I want
@grahmwheeler4102 yea I suggest returning them if you can they're the worst headset I've ever owned you can look into reviews for other headsets which I should have done myself but turtle beach are usually reliable but these definitely are trash imo
