How to Mix CMC (Carboxymethyl cellulose)

I have a question to ask,I have a cmc that after been added ,there will be much foaming and the other type after adding it there will be less foaming ,which of this is of better quality

Hello, there could be lots of reasons for this foaming, we manufacture the high shear mixers so we are unable to comment on the ingredients.

We go up to a 3% solution in this video and it is very viscous. 4-5% would be even more so.
