In healthcare, clinicians and patients take a journey together - a journey that often begins with crisis or uncertainty, followed by a carefully orchestrated process of testing, treating, and monitoring, all with the goal of improved or maintained wellness. Irrespective of what market you are in, when creating products, it is essential to have a good grasp of a customer's entire journey. Journey maps are excellent tools to help collect and synthesize customer data in order to highlight opportunities for improvement, increasing engagement, and ultimately driving revenue.
