This was a heart warming video. I feel at most true to myself when running and it's funny how the habitual progress of running enhances ones awareness and promotes that inner peace and honesty.
Thanks, i've had it all, athletes foot for years, toe nail fungus for years, all come and go. I'm currently seeing a naturopathic doctor to finally see if there is anything i can do to completely clear up my nails. lol
i use now a really wonderfull mix of essential oils for that. phytosun aroms for yellowed and damaged nails (or something like that, direct french translation sorry). got rid of fungus really fast and efficient. my mother was the one first testing it and i agree with her.
LOL. crazy! There is this runner I don't know if you heard of him (I forgot his name) he said that he got surgery to remove his toe nails so he wont have his toe nails coming off anymore or turning black.
I'm sure you found an answer to this by now, but i believe he just tripped on a tree root running down green mountain in boulder and landed on it weird and broke it
Dude, Stay on the trails. cutting switchbacks will compromise the trail and cause poor drainage and damage to the hillside. Otherwise, awesome. Inspirational. thanks.
I think it's just a funky transition. I don't think that he's still talking about racing there. He's just saying that to train, he's doing more off-trail pathfinding.
I wish i would :( Plus it seems they dont have that exact reference on their website, dunno if they product it anymore ?_? (if so, I feel so ashamed not have made stocks). The whole information writen on it, to give to ur drugstore to let them search : Lab Omega Pharma France / phythosun aroms / les pratiques (complexe) / ongles jaunis et abimés / 15mL (and I have got a lot number in case, but dont think that will help). I guess I'll make stock, just after founding no reference online T_T
I just lost a lot of respect for this guy, when he talked about running of trail and not following the designed trail.. The biggest result of that, and of people following his "advice" will be increased erosion and damage to the area we are out there to enjoy. Stay on the trail and respect the land we enjoy - preserve it to enjoy again and for other people to enjoy.
+Harold Sumption Relax, where he runs, in high-alpine environment in Colorado, his footprint will be basically zero. I run in southwest Colorado and many trails literally disappear because they are used so infrequently. Going cross-country is still OK here for a few runners because it's been of no consequence so far, and you will most likely not see many (any?) runners when you hike or run alpine trails in Colorado. I don't know Tony K. but I'd imagine that he is wildly passionate about the environment that gives him so much. I recommend looking up the wholesale damage caused by tens of thousands of livestock on the public lands in southwest Colorado. I see the results first hand and it's incredibly demoralizing if you are like me and stickler to creating a minimal footprint.
I agree and disagree....it depends on the situation. too many folks either want to praise or curse each other's comments, instead of having a conversation...Not the Trail Runner Way
trail running is a great way to connect with nature and disconnect with everyday stressors.
I would love to hear an updated video!
Hiking is a great training tool. Thanks Anton for enlightening folks!
I love my N all terrains. I am glad this dude is sponsored by NB certainly one of the best runners ever

Trail running is spectacular !! Love it ..addicted.

This guy is an inspiration - if he can run 100 miles I can manage to stumble round ten....
Yeah, rough toes. But man those woods looked so sweet...it must be so peaceful up there. I am so quitting my job and running for a living :-)
Just here, chilling, listening to Jesus' advice on running
Finally, a video of Tony Krupicka without the top comment being something with Jesus in it.
foot model days are over
No way dude, @3:14 this is a great picture.
Holy shit! Any way to avoid those blood blisters under the toenails???
I almost threw up.
No. They are a badge of honour.
You can run in Luna sandals or similar, that is what I do in warm weather.
try running 200 miles a week and having clean feet

Makes me feel better about my toes :)
His feet at 3:13 are awesome!
Hello. Do you have the exact mix of essential oils you use. If it gets rid of fungus quickly and efficiently - that would be great!!
any one know what kind of shorts he has on here?
Really cool dude! So much the same, so it's not really New age lol because I'm no spring chicken but really glad for ya!
Got to get used to it. I have a couple of those too ;)
hey does anyone know what shes he wears, would be a great help to me thanks :)
have you tried to run in the mountains with your haraches? how did that work out?
LOL. crazy! There is this runner I don't know if you heard of him (I forgot his name) he said that he got surgery to remove his toe nails so he wont have his toe nails coming off anymore or turning black.
Anyone who knows what hat/headband/visor he's wearing? looks awesome! :)
"Buff" - look on ebay.co.uk
I'm sure you found an answer to this by now, but i believe he just tripped on a tree root running down green mountain in boulder and landed on it weird and broke it
Wow, hey, i actually now feel super good having seen the state of Anton's toenails. I have that problem too. :-O
what cap/hat is he wearing?
That's cool as!
How did he break his leg?
what shoes are those?
i dunno for me those nails at 03:13 totally spoil all the NB ad here)

These parks make so much $$$, they can fix it
I'm confused, are you saying that during a race it's OK to run off the trail and take shortcuts? That seems not OK.
I think it's just a funky transition. I don't think that he's still talking about racing there. He's just saying that to train, he's doing more off-trail pathfinding.
cant wait for that running on water with jesus video
which region of usa is this? these mountains?
boulder CO
A lot of the running is actually around Leadville, CO. Makes sense as this guy whoops up on the Race Across the Sky
at 3:13 why are all his foot nails black?
downhills...
I wish i would :(

Bro, do you even lift?
Jsi příkladem nezdolné lidské vůle Antoníne!!
2:49 was he eating off of a frisbee
Look at 3:13 and never choice New Balance
3:13 Bro. You might wanna get that checked out.
It wasn't a Frisbee...
at least the food won't ever fall off..
I wonder if he still thinks 'Anyone can do 50 mile or 100K?' A lot of ego in that claim.
obviously you've never been camping before.
You're lucky, a couple. All of mine are now effected. lol
Yeah, I am sure someone who has run as many races and set as many ultra records as Anton Krupicka is making wrong shoe choices...
I think he could be much faster if he ran in more cushioned shoes.
whahahahahha

You, sir, deserve a medal. 🙏
Harold Sumption there are relatively few places where running off trail is prohibited.
Harold Sumption I wonder if now, 2 years later, you’ve realised what a stupid comment that was.
I agree and disagree....it depends on the situation. too many folks either want to praise or curse each other's comments, instead of having a conversation...Not the Trail Runner Way
LNT, bro.
LOLZ! LOLZ JESUS!
Lol yep :)
hiking up a 45 degree slope? Yeh, good luck with that..
Is this a parody???
+Peeban A parody of what though?
HIPSTER.
