It’s slightly larger but I use an iPhone SE and I love the screen size as my one hand can control the whole screen , I also love the home button and Touch ID but it’s my opinion

In speed test everything counts, including the screen resolution… they have same processor and RAM. But iPhone 13 have higher resolution and processor need more work to do, unlike on iPhone SE… so it is obvious iPhone SE is better at any task you throw on to it..
well no shiet. honestly if your in it for smooth performance apple yo guy. but if ya looking for RESOLUTION then you go for Samsung. of course imo.
Interesting. I also found that the Plus and OLED lineup have 3x scaling, while non-plus LCD lineup have 2x. That should mean they use quite different amount of resource.

Screen is noticeably way better on 13 mini.
Larger, brighter and more accurate on colors
It's actually less accurate according to all professional tests. The 13 Mini's screen temperature is close to 7000K, which is very poor, while SE 2022 is close to 6500K as it should be, and the SE 2022's Delta E values of various colors are lower (better), sometimes significantly lower. All of this is not surprising. IPS panels often are much more accurate than OLED panels. Of course as far as black levels, contrast, etc., the OLED panels may be much more pleasing.

The iPhone SE 3 is way out of its price point. 2017 look with 2021 chip, making it very imbalanced. Also, the screen is kinda bad, only 4.7 inch screen which is an LCD panel. And the battery life is a hit or miss, not good but not terrible. The only plus sides to it is that it has 5G and 5 years of software support. This phone was up for $429 USD and in Australia mainly, it was with a starting price of AUD$799.

Full screen not looking good fit on 5.5 inches, better on 6.1 inches normal iphone 13. SE3 looks much more balance in screen ratio although is smaller. And SE3 speed surprisingly even a bit faster too.
