    Excellent hypnosis. Your voice is captivating, which is helpful when your mind is stuck in an OCD loop. I was able to concentrate on your intonation and delivery rather than the words themselves, which can sometimes trigger another loop! Thank-you for recording this. Going to share with my support group on Tuesday. Much love from Canada 🇨🇦

    I am always tenses in front of boys. I talks a lot to girls but when it comes to boys i am very tensed. I want to stay positive and wants to achieve greats in lofe. I does a lots of meditation, exercise, watches movies, short films, stand uo comedies, participates in quizzes, participates in speeches, plays games like badminyon, chess, cards etc. I sm preparing for psc exams and attends interviews

    I feel great after this but became conscious when you were saying about red bits of paper - but have no idea what that was about. Does it matter?

    I have a little concern with this as constantly saying ‘relax’ inside your head when you’re anxious is effectively a compulsion - the opposite of what healing ocd is meant to encourage?

      It's weird you find it awful.... It's the only one for ocd I can listen to which is not boring plus it is really helpful because of the affirmations
