How To Fix Xbox Game Bar Not Recording On Windows 11

Every tutorial is the same. Game bar does NOT show up in my "installed apps" list at all. And when I try to open it, nothing happens, even though I updated it.

If you have a "Related settings" section at the bottom of "Installed apps". It can be in the "system components" tab
