    After making so many galettes, this is why I watch galette videos. Now I know to make a glaze with the fruit juices to brush on the crust, instead of using egg.

    Can I use anything else in place of the vegan butter? Oil maybe? Thanks!

      You can use coconut oil. I don't recommend using liquid oil like vegetable oil etc. It will be hard to with the dough
