I love this diorama! I love the framing and the concept of the X-Wing cutting through the water. It really is a nice setup. But I have a few criticism points if you will allow… First, I think this is a very nice diorama. The subject matter is great, the idea is great, and the way you hid the wing of the X-wing with a clear plastic rod through the water was really cool. but, as a professional model builder of 25 years, I would offer you some advice. I think you put the cart before the horse. You spent a lot of time detailing the base and the water with rocks and sand textures and the air brush, but I think that was unnecessary because in the end, the acrylic water pretty much hides all of that, -the focus should be on the model, not the base, and to me, I felt like you put too much work into the base . My concern is the X-wing itself. It’s too uniform. It’s very symmetrical -everything you did with the paint on one side is exactly mirrored on the other side. If you go back and look at the Lucasfilm archives, you’ll see that the model builders were very asymmetrical. The other thing that stuck out for me is the decals. Those yellow decals on the front fuselage are just too perfect. The red decals are also too perfect. I would’ve hit those with 80 grit sandpaper and torn them up. I would’ve also added different layers of paint filters and weathering in a very asymmetrical pattern. The X-Wing is just too clean. But overall I love this concept and execution of the design. I think more focus should be on the subject and not the base, but I do really like your work!
@@CTDioramas I would love to try something like this. I’m dabbling right now but I’ve been watching a lot of these with the resin, aging, and led work. This is really great though, haven’t seen anything like it.
amazing build but as a fan of all types of music i hated the background music in the begining. it just gave me a headache and was way too intrusive. im not like a music snob or anything (i listen to 100gecs lmao i dont get to have opinions on good music) but wow

There's defiantly a loud "YEEHAAAA" going on in that cockpit, great diorama, thank you for posting it.
I had the exact same thought 😅 either that or a 'WOOOOOO!!!'

Amazing diorama, the base idea is genius by the way! What is the "box" you used to put in the base with the resin water effect?
Nice! New subscriber here. I loved all your videos. Would be nice to see you do something gunpla related :).
Would love to see further enhancement with LED lightings to simulate the engine's burning flame and navigation lights etc .. cheers
Absolutely stunning. Wish you would have narrated it for us untalented people, but amazing job.
Thanks so much! I'm hoping to do more narration very soon :)
