Great video! Thank you! Honestly these kinds of simple break downs of "This does that, and this is why" are sorely missing in the RC community. With all the new cars and newer technology coming out on a near yearly cycle now, it is hard for us mere mortals to keep up with the geometry and set up changes. The 6.3 to 6.4 had a decent learning curve, and the 7 is a whole other animal entirely, so anything that makes it easier to understand, and provides good setup help, is much appreciated! Having this kind of information on the general direction of set up on the car, is super helpful! And it may just keep me from bugging you as much at the track 😉 (thats a lie, I'm totally still going to ask you dumb questions 😂)
I really liked this video. Explaining what the parts do and when to implement. Thank you for this insight especially when explaining geometry theory and application. Great video and awesome execution sir.
Listening to Spencer saying if you race at these few tracks go with this chassis, if you race at those few tracks use this chassis, while tears are running down my cheeks!! Where I live, the nearest track is a 200+ mile round trip, what I would give to have several tracks to choose from! Color me envious Mr. Rivkin.
Great info! 👍 I would love to see these changes incorporated into the kit, with stock parts AND optional steering arms/shock towers included and, while you're at it, more tuning info in the manual (and not just online). I think the B7 platform has been maligned because of the time and money people have had to invest in the car.
Great information. Was curious about the chassis length and your answer was exactly the info i was wondering. This kind of video is great and helps me understand what some of the small changes make. Really appreciate you taking the time to do them. It’s made my experiences with the B7D that much better.
Once again thank you for giving out your knowledge and expertise. I'm in the UK and we during the winter are racing out side on wet astro often even driving while it is raining. Could you please help us with a video that gives us the best settings for these track conditions. Have a great Christmas and New year.
Great video. Probably one of the best you have done. You explained thing’s clearly and easy to understand. With an infinite amount of adjustments on current race buggies it can be a bit much for someone to understand what changes to make to get the outcome that want. Can you please do a video on the back of the car. Understanding rear camber thinks can be very confusing. Rear hub height. What anti squat really does.
Awesome video!! I race at sdrc and I’m going to try the short chassis now. Thanks!! Please keep explaining what and why of tuning. It makes a huge difference for us Joe’s out here.
Great video. Dont know how but your videos are translated depending on where you are in the world. Pretty cool on how you will get more exposure. Do you place the rear arms middle, front on in the back ?
Great video man! I been still struggling with brake points on the track. Dirt I'm okay on just carpet I struggle the most. I'm not sure if you've done it but video on driving on carpet? brake points? Go over more settings on the radio? The thing you talked about at Island took about half a second off my lap times. Also driving fatigue is real. I been practicing to the point where I get burned out. so any tips on getting past that would be ideal. Specially with the roar nats at island this year. main goal is make the Amain.
Looking at getting back into buggy racing big time. Is there a chance that there's gonna be a B7.2 anytime soon? Seems every time i get a new kit, a updated version comes out...lol.
So would you have to add limiters to the front shocks since stock it’s already has 0 eyelets? Wouldn’t adding 2mm limiters then affect the overall stroke?
Spencer I have a question about shock shaft length. When measuring from bottom of shock body to top of eyelet end are you getting the measurement with or without up limiters if they’re being used. Thank you!!

Awesome! I tried! Thanks for the feedback
Do you think you will race the b7 next year @spencerrivkinracing

Such an awesome video. Super helpful. Maybe a carpet setup video for 21.5 guys?
Thank you Spencer, this was really helpful! Can’t wait to run the new steering rack from Jcon!

The format of this video is fantastic. Keep'em coming.
Video idea: Radio setup. Are you mixing things or doing anything else custom?
Thank you for the video, very informative. When you changed to the -2 caster link mount what does the link measurement change to?
Great video. Dont know how but your videos are translated depending on where you are in the world. Pretty cool on how you will get more exposure. Do you place the rear arms middle, front on in the back ?
Love the setup videos!🤙🏼
Thank you!
Spencer I really liked this video. I like your monthly recap videos also but I like short video of latest setup findings
Awesome! A video on electronics setup would be helpful (esc, motor, servo, radio settings)
I would love to see a similar video for the B74.2 at Hobby Action!

Your the man!!! Always routing for you let's go Spencer

Dude I wish all the pros did this . Thsnk you
I need a cool paint job like that
A lot of great information Spencer thanks man
Just wondering will the jconcept steering rack for the 6.4 also?

Thanks for the setup info. But it only tells half the story. Would like to see the corresponding set up for the rear.

i don't believe they include the limiters. I think it is just the overall shock body from body to eyelet like you said.
have you messed with the +2 rear ballstud mount in conjunction with the -2 towers?
nice one!
Let's go baby!
Do you have a current setup sheet for Hobby Action?
What are your thoughts on the gear diff for clash?
Thanks
Good stuff, thank you Spencer!
THANK YOU …🦾
Aweome!!! Can we cooperate?😃
Best upgrade is get yourself a B6.4 😂
Nope!
Great videos Could you please do a set-up video for Carpet. Ta
