These guys were intimidating due to their sheer variety of Pokemon they had. Forget Patrats and Scraggys, they got Scolipede, Muk, Bisharp, Scrafty, and few others in their arsenal. Despite the grunts having up to at least three of each team, these unexpected powerhouses and saboteurs would catch me by surprise, and would one-shot one of my better Pokemon. It brought the difficulty up a little. Despite being cannon fodder in the beginning, they weren't complete pushovers in the end though.
I toought at first this was a remix for nothing but Genesect... It makes me sad, but hey. BEST POKEMON THEME. (Until the Team Skull Encounter theme. XD)

For me, I fight EVERY trainer in a pokemon game that I know about, that way I'm almost never underleved. *This theme makes grinding against Plasma goons so much better*
Team Plasma (The ones that follow Ghetsis loyally) are the best evil team in the games IMO. I think I hated them far more than Team Galactic and Rocket. It feels very good to feel legit hatred towards a group because of what they do. First they are stealing Pokemon under the guise of liberating them. Then they start stealing them purely to take over Unova and they are also trying to use a Legendary Pokemon to also accomplish these goals. They even use that Pokemon to freeze over Opelucid City. The only other team that actually accomplished something using a Legendary Pokemon are Team Aqua and Magma... but they were not even in control of the Pokemon. They were just simply rampaging without anything to control them. Plasma (and Cipher) had control over the Legendary Pokemon they had in their possession. Can't say anything for Team Flare as I have never played X or Y (Don't have a 3ds for that). So I have no idea what they were able to with the version Legendary for X and Y, if anything.
Well, SPOLIER ALERT if you don't wanna know, don't read this. But team Flare's goal was to kill everybody who wasn't on their team, and also wipe out pokemon entirely. So they had some pretty intense goals. Now, as to what they actually accomplished.... ... Well, not much. At all lol.

I remember them having a perfectly logical reason as to why they wanted to do so. Something like how Pokemon are tools of war and they've created so much destruction etc and if they WERE successful in ridding the world of pokemon/people (excluding themselves of course) that the survivors would live in peace and harmony with pokemon, waging no battles or war. I can't remember, I think this was the reason LMAO

The original Team Plasma theme sounds like they do act well-wishers of Pokemon, but there might be something going behind the scenes. This one just says Ah fuck it who cares, yeah we're the bad guys and we're gonna fuck this region up.
I'm not sure which one I like better, animated sprites or 3D models. Probably sprites if they could give them more animations such as attack and getting-hit animations, and more idle-battle animations.
The only thing I am missing is the "bzzzzzzz" sound at the beginning, otherwise :) And yes, for some reason, I don't like the B2W2 Team Plasma's new outfits, brrr :/

Well, in the English Version, she sings P O K E M ON for "Pokemon" but in the japanese version, she sings " D O G A R S" which translates to Koffing in English. Man, as a gen 5 fan with bw being my first games and bw2 being my second; i can proudly say that i grew up with the games that had the BEST soundtrack. If remakes come, you bet i'll have my switch docked to the TV with bluetooth speakers. I'll be dancing with each soundtrack. Gen 5's music is perfection to the absolute imo.
I was often tempted to just do nothing in a Team Plasma battle just to listen to the song for a little while longer before progressing. There was a time I was playing while on the computer, and when I encountered a Team Plasma Grunt, I just turned up the volume, plugged in the DS, and set it down beside me. The following 2 hours were absolutely epic. And given that I was on facebook, that song had its work cut out for it making that time feel awesome.

Team Plasma may have changed from Knights to Terrorists. Team Plasma may have changed the battle theme from one game to the other (being the second version more epic than the first). HOWEVER, Team Plasma uses crappy Pokémon in both versions... :P

Things are looking up for that. Considering this is being released in the US twice as fast as Black and White were, we may very well see some Pokemon games being released at the same time in different locations. This would be a problem when a new generation is released though, because developers need to come up with names for each Pokemon.
I was listening to music while doing homework and this theme came on. I started THRASHING in my seat to the music. Thank goodness nobody was around to see. I would have been so embarrassed. In conclusion, this is an excellent song, but not for doing homework.

the music in the remakes so far have been good, for me, i have no patience when i see tentacool and bidoof when i run out of repels, i like crobat but i would shoot a zubat/golbat in the face with no hesitation, them and their fucking mean looks. What i hope for at some point is a pokemon game that allows you to customize the music for multiplayer trainer battles, i'm not a gyrados fan but crobat has been useful in ruby, i started in gen III with ruby, a lot later than most people my age group.

the music in the remakes so far have been good, for me, i have no patience when i see tentacool and bidoof when i run out of repels, i like crobat but i would shoot a zubat/golbat in the face with no hesitation, them and their fucking mean looks. What i hope for at some point is a pokemon game that allows you to customize the music for multiplayer trainer battles, i'm not a gyrados fan but crobat has been useful in ruby, i started in gen III with ruby, a lot later than most people my age group.
ng to do things gets on my nerves, like zubat, ratatta, raticate, psyduck, magikarp, tentacool, tentacruel, bidoof, and bibearal i honestly wish i could eradicate those from existance because of how annoying they are, when i play a remake i expect to see those old pokemon, playing a new game and seeing the same shit is a what the fuck to me. for the music its like playing playing halo but the announcer is ben stiller, they fucked it up, though i need to see more walkthroughs before i'm sure
