The amazing thing about this band is that they're sounding exact the same live👌 saw them in January in Belgium. What an amazing show!!! I couldn't whipe off the big smile on my face. Ben is known for his vocal range... Impressive. Their whole catalog is impressive. I love each album because of different reasons. Some are more black metal... Others are more deathcore. I love them all🖤
This band and Lorna Shore are really the only two Deathcore bands I can get into. I love the Symphonic elements and the black metal style vocals, but Shadow of Intent have a lot of death metal inluence in there too. Like Dave, I find myself getting more into heavier music at 53, but the J metal, classic metal, thrash and Melodeath are my metal passions.
Would like to recommend another new band called Asterism… you guys have to react to this band. They are incredible talented… I would like to recommend a song called Dawn live 2019 or Gunfire Live in Studio…

I think it's considered Symphonic Deathcore, or Blackend Deathcore, at least that is what Lorna Shore's style is called. But it is heavily inspired by Symphonic Blackmetal bands like Dimmu Borgir. Regular Symphonic Metal is band like Nightwish and Epica.
